I have spent more than a decade sitting with women in this exact place. The place where they know something needs to change but do not yet know how to change it without losing everything they are afraid to lose.

I spent years helping women find their inner voices, connect with their might, and live as true to themselves as humanly possible in societies where this was deemed impossible. I helped them redesign their lives to match their real goals. Not the small goals. The mighty ones.

In them there was a hidden power. It was so scary to see that they used it to hide it themselves.

My work brings together somatic healing, shadow work, and colour therapy. Not as separate tools but as the same map, read from different angles. The cringe is the diagnosis. Colour is the medicine. The body is where the shift actually happens.

Each day opens something specific. Each one builds on the last. By the end you will have moved through the whole pattern, not around it.

Day 01

Identify

We name the pattern. Where it shows up, what triggers it, what it has been costing you. You cannot shift what you have not yet seen clearly.

Day 02

Root

We trace it back. Not to revisit pain but to understand why it made sense when it began. The pattern started as protection. Seeing that changes everything.

Day 03

Body

We find where it lives in your body. The chest. The back. The breath. This is where the somatic work begins, because the body holds what the mind has not yet processed.

Day 04

Cost

We look honestly at what self-abandonment has taken from you. In your relationships. In your work. In your body. This day is gentle but it is honest.

Day 05

Return

We build the picture of what becomes possible. Carefree. Brave. Trusting yourself. We work with colour here as a felt sense of that return, something you carry in your body not just your mind.

Day 06

Fix

Integration. You leave with a somatic practice and a colour anchor you can return to whenever the old pattern stirs. Something small and real that you can use in your daily life.

I have tried therapy and shadow work before. Will this be different?

Very possibly, yes. Most cognitive approaches work at the level of the mind. This works at the level of the body. The self-abandonment pattern lives in your nervous system, not just your thinking. Many participants have come from years of talk therapy and found this different for exactly that reason.

What is colour therapy and why is it part of this?

Colour works with the nervous system through felt sense rather than thought. In this intensive we use colour on Day 5 and Day 6 to help you feel the return to yourself rather than only think it. It is gentle and precise. It does not require any prior experience.

How much time does it take each day?

Around 30 to 45 minutes of your own reflection time. You respond to the prompt in your own time, in writing or voice note. There is no live call to attend.

What if I miss a day?

The content stays in the Telegram group and you have lifetime access. You can catch up. That said the consecutive days create something important. Past participants have described the rhythm as essential to what shifted for them.

Is there a refund policy?
